Good for runners
I purchased this with a specific use in mind, to carry my energy gels on long training runs/races.I have just come in from an 11 mile training run, and used this to carry 4 sis go gels.Once on my arm, it immediately felt comfortable and secure. There was some minor movement as it twisted round on my arm, but it soon settled into position and stayed there. The gels were easy to access (though i only used two on this run) and after a while I can honestly say I could forget it was even there. At the end of the run there was NO chafing at all, and given it was over 20 degrees and i was sweating heavily, thats a real plus point.Overall its a good product, though over priced for what is essentially a bit of stretchy fabric. However, its still far cheaper than a gel belt and probably a lot more comfortable. One tip for gel users, put them in the pouch before you put it on your arm, its much easier that way round.I'm running a marathon and 2 half marathons later this year, and will be confidently using this product to carry my gels.

Almost perfect.
Very comfy to use when running. Does not slip at all and it's also really comfy in the gym. I have found that similar products with a strap can be uncomfortable to wear while doing pull ups or weights but this has plenty of stretch and never digs in.Fits my galaxy s6 in fine. This is my second one as I lost the first after a couple of years of use and it was going strong.Only looses a star as it is difficult to get your phone in and out if it is on your arm, not because of any design flaw but due to the shape of the pocket when it is stretched around your arm.Would definitely recommend.I'm 6ft tall and weigh around 14 stone, the large is the perfect size for me

Great when you don't have to take out and put back the pocketed item often
An arm pocket is a very difficult thing to design, given flexing biceps change the circumference of the arm a lot. This product solves that by being stretchy. This in turn means it's difficult to put a phone-sized object back into the pocket. So the product is great for things you don't need to take out often (or at all) like keys. That use case wasn't why I bought this product. I've since adapted it to hold an electronic key fob that I don't need to take out at all. A new caveat surfaces: this product doesn't get along well with velcro - I'm using a velcro strap to attach this product to my wrist and not my arm. Again, another edge case this product wasn't designed for.

Good but a few flaws
Very comfy to wear and handy to carry multiple things (keys, iPod/phone, gels etc) and looks funky. Two problems.... 1. on my first run some of the stitching came away. Doesn't seem to be an important bit of stitching as still does the job and no more has come away... but still! 2. If you want to start a running app or change a track you really need to remove it from the pouch to do so. The screen does work sometimes through the material but difficult to see what you are doing. Also not as easy to put iPhone back in once band is on my arm. When I am running it is so comfy and doesn't budge... more comfortable than the normal bands. as long as you are happy to set everything off and just let it go as you run you will be fine. not ideal for people who like to fiddle with their phone/iPod whilst running. I got the medium and may have gotten away with the small. Would recommend the small for most women.

Good for snacks on a longer run
I got this for use when running longer distances when I need snacks readily available. It isn't too big, so I only put in small items (jelly beans, jelly babies etc). I personally would say a cereal bar and energy gel would be all you could fit in if you wanted bigger items. I found that once on your arm, it was quite tight (which you want in terms of it staying put) but it was quite hard to then get your fingers in to wrestle out a jelly bean! Still more practical than other products I have found- it doesn't bounce around, is easily accessible and easy to wash so does the job.

Great idea, lacking in delivery
I like the idea! It makes sense to me. And because I am a little unique, it excited me when I first saw it.However, I wanted to wear it around my wrist, so I could see the screen whilst out running. So I bought the smallest size.Sadly, even in it's smallest form, it is loose on my wrist and the phone slides down and out of sight. Also, you cannot actually see the phone screen very well through the mesh. Finally, trying to put the phone in is a little tricky, because once the phone is in the pouch it is incredibly difficult to get the thing on, but if you put the wrap on first then trying to get the phone in the pouch with one hand is nigh on impossible!I used it once... now it lies in the bottom of some drawer somewhere... sad and alone...

Just what I wanted - ideal for ladies arms!
This was just what I was looking for. I've been trying to find something that I can wear my iphone on my arm while I go running. As a woman I have found the custom made iphone armbands to be too big. This product fits perfectly (I chose small), plus there is the added bonus that I can still just see the phone screen and use the touch screen through the fabric. The only reason why I've not give it 5 stars is because it can be a little bit fiddly putting it on with the phone in, or putting the phone in / taking it out if you need to when it's on your arm.

Small is a good fit, keeps iPhone 5s in place
Bought this as I have a case on my iPhone 5s and didn't want to keep taking it out to slip into a neoprene velcro case. This looked like a good idea and it turned out as much. The iPhone slots in, the whole thing slips up the arm and rests itself above the elbow. Only issue is keys do dig in, but thats the same with Velcro units too (in most cases keys don't fit those). For size comparison size-small fits a person who can wear UK Small t-shirts and Euro 2 t-shirts without much issue.
