AVOID all Bigben products if U like support, service & access to spare parts
The headset itself is OK, long cables and really good sound quality both in the earpieces and mic.BUT their support sux! I need new ear-pads (1 of the original ones DISINTEGRATED after a bit over 2 years).So I need to throw away an otherwise totally functional headset due to bad support and is lack of access of simple spare-parts.So AVOID all Bigben products if U like costume support and service.
