What are the ingredients? Is this 100% mate?

Does this taste like coffee at all?

It sort of does taste like coffee but better. If your looking for a coffee substitute, this is he best I have found.

I brew mine in a press. The color is similar to coffee, and has a nice rich flavor. It's a good substitute for coffee.

Can I cold brew the tea?

I’m sure you could use this as a cold brew without a problem biggest problem I had with this product was the tea is so finely cut that it would pass through my filter I had and end up with all the tea leaves in your tea itself
