Bose 151 Environmental Speaker Pair with Brackets (Black)

I have to say that I am truly amazed by the performance of these speakers. I currently have them installed over our outdoor deck in our back yard. I just incorperated them into the tangled mass of speaker wire and a very cheap stereo system that was taken out of its element when I stripped its speakers off and ran speaker wire out the door and onto my deck. I previously had numerous speakers surrounding the seating areas on the deck because the music was difficult to hear through the cheap unit. Upon adding the Bose speakers to the mix, I was very pleased to find that it didnt take much from the cheap unit to drive them. The 151's were already at a moderate listening level before any of the other speakers even came close to producing audible sound. I have also found that with my current setup, the sound from the 151's was so loud, when the system's was brought to a level in which sound could be heard from all of the speakers, that the experience was almost unpleasant. These speakers are truly worth every penny, and in the near future, I will be simplifying my system to only the pair of 151's as they have no problem filling my space with sound by themselves. The bass is deep and incredible, and the highs are crisp and clear. GREAT JOB BOSE!!!

I ordered these speakers in my purpose of putting them in my backyard for the music when we have a weekend's party. The speakers look new and work flawlessly as soon as I installed them.I have owned so many Bose products I can't list all here. They all are good and always go beyond my expectation! These speakers are just a blast!

Nicely packaged as to not delivered damaged and very prompt delivery. Great product that I needed to replace.

For the price I got those Bose speakers I could not have had a better deal and a better soundI installed them (very easily) on to my sail boat and appreciate the fact that they are outside rated and fit the 4 ohms requirement of my radioI will definitely recommended them but I think they are older models and might not be available very much longer

Speakers came just as advertised, Brackets, screws everything needed was in the box.took about 20 minutes to hang brackets, and speakers, no problems.We put these speakers in a 30' x 40' outside cover patio, sounds good all the way around the area.Good Purchase for long term use.

I owned a pair of these speakers which worked very well over the years. They've been outside for years and finally lost their quality sound. I wanted the exact same type of speaker so they would mount and look the same. I specifically looked for this model speaker instead of the SE version. The only thing I dislike is the driver is a special non-round 3 screw mount style which means I can't refurbish the old speakers for inside use by upgrading the drivers. The new drivers look much more environmental than the older ones as the cone material has been upgraded to some type of plastic.

This was an awful purchase
